Her vision is simple yet powerful: that first-time visitors become long-term friends, returning as honorary family of the Kingdom.
Beyond her professional mission, Shaynie holds a deep love and devotion for Jordan — a country that is both magical and elusive, yet always warm, hospitable, and welcoming.

Amjad, a proud Bedouin by heritage, brings an intimate understanding of Jordan’s traditional camps and adventure tours. With more than two decades of experience in guiding and tourism services, he leads a dedicated team of bilingual experts across the Kingdom.
With a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Antiquities from the University of Jordan, he has a strong foundation that enhances his expertise and approach.

My lifelong fascination with ancient history and hidden cultural gems made Jordan a dream destination — especially the iconic rose-red city of Petra. But Jordan is so much more. Visiting is a deeply heartfelt experience.
An unexpected encounter eventually drew me to the Middle East, where I was warmly welcomed by a tight-knit Bedouin community. That immersion sparked a profound personal connection and a lasting love for Jordan’s spirit, people, and stories.
Though my original dream of building a secluded, culturally immersive retreat once felt distant, life had other plans. After my third trip to Jordan, I returned to Australia and began working as a Marketing & Membership Officer with a caravan park group, just as a flourishing partnership began with Amjad Dawod of Amjad Jordan Tours.
This alignment of passion and opportunity became the foundation for Bedouin DreamEscape — a tourism consultancy and booking platform devoted to supporting local operators and sharing their authentic offerings with the world.
